As the future of Neverland remains in doubt, new information has come to light that shows Michael Jackson has made a trend of neglecting his fiscal responsibilities when it comes to home ownership.

He be broke. Not paying bills.

According to public records, Jackson repeatedly failed to make mortgage payments on his Encino, CA property.

Docs show that M.J. had almost $154,000 in missed payments (on a $4 million loan) as of January 17th. However, the default was withdrawn early February.

Wonder who loaned Jacko the money to keep the Encino house?!

Other docs also show that Jackson previously faced possible default over missed payments on the home in April and August of 2007.

Jackson’s people issued no comment about this report.

The rock progeny attended the NME awards in London, where (incredulously) Pete Doherty was given the Hero of the Year award.

After the ceremony, Kelly O. met up with hard-pAArtying goddess Kate Moss. The two hit up a few clubs and around 3:00 A.M. this morning, Osbourne looked shattered beyond belief as she had to be dragged out of the club.
